Web Design Lead For Website for a Concession Company

Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx): Not Sure. My Industry: Concessions I am interested in a full e-commerce website, but also needs to have a forum and email registration for newsletters/promotionals. I have doamin name, and I`m thinking about using Godaddy hosting. I do not have any site right now so I will also need a design and logo. The site doesn't have to be that complex to start, but I want to track customers. Can be a simple, but nice looking and easy to navigate for starters and we can get more complicated as the business grows. I have no color preference. Something Flashy in the header and/or buttons only. So the site doesn't look stale. Not looking for a flash site. Search optimization: search engine inclusion including myspace setup and a blog, if they actually work. You tell me. I have about 50 products to start and may double by year-end the site needs to be expandable. My budget is about $3,500 with a little flexibility depending on the prospal. Would like to work with someone in the US.
