Need someone who has background in V-bulletin and PHP BB open source. Design of Site, we do have an idea of what we want. Site will probably be around 6 pages. I have a sample site, but we are keeping it confidential for now, as well as some more details. An NDA will probably need to be signed.

Additional Details: We have a blog already, but it needs to be redone to fit the new site. We will take care of the graphics ourselves. People will pay us to host their ads, or products, so we will need a shopping cart. We have a V-bulletin board. It will also need to be in theme with the new site.
