I need a website designed. Something similar to jackcolton.com and upscaleaccess.com. I need an area for people to write reviews, directly send me e-mails, look at photos, answer surveys, submit polls, etc.

Additional Details: I'm not sure how many pages it will be, maybe 10. I will need a database to collect information from polls and surveys, and a way to upload video commercials. I'd like a lot of flash if possible, and email addresses.
