Customer : a buyer, who either signs up at the Parent Site and/or Affiliate site and take advantage of the promotional product prices. Parent Site: An online site where both affiliates and customers can sign up and/or buy products. Affiliate Site: A site inheriting Parent Site where customers can also sign up and buy; the affiliate maintains and markets it generating commissions and leads. Processes: An affiliate signs up online (or phone) requiring the following info: Name Address User ID Password Email Phone Domain Name (either he chooses from our database or indicates a preferred un-registered domain name) can be checked via Whois (or register.com). Website Templates (at least 3 choices) Affiliate Type Affiliate website (skin) will be automatically created via template. Once the domain name is registered, affiliate site should be up and running. Invoicing, Shipping, Payment module, and Customer Support from Affiliate Site are processed the same way as in the Parent Site populating the same Database. It is important that Parent Site is transparent to the customers when browsing or buying from Affiliate Site (i.e., URL is masked, Parent Site Link is not appearing on the Status bar, etc). Depending on affiliate type, the following will be variable: Product price (optional) Commission Promotions (Coupons, Discounts) Note: Pricing matters at customer level. A Customer can sign up on different Affiliate-sites using the same profile (name, address, email, etc won't cause duplicate error ) Affiliate will get credit if the orders take place on their website. If the order takes place on the Parent Site, it will be credited to the first affiliate to whom customer signed up at (in the case of a duplicate customer). If (duplicate) customer un-subscribes on one affiliate, he will still remain active on the other until it likewise occurs on the other affiliate. must have commission database Unlimited number of affiliates Individual (per-affiliate) commission settings Export affiliate data for use in a spreadsheet We also have other website for our closeout finding website which has affiliates modules and we want it to also be interfaced to our retailer website and our main website but password protected. We also want our website to be capable of editing their data (i.e. customer changes his/her address etc.) We currently using a centralize database, we want our data in our website to be integrated in our database (Netsuite) It is important to us that we have the full administration with the website Please provide me a detailed offer and time frame for this kind of project.
