i would like to be able to update the site myself and i would like to host a weekly podcast ...wondering if there is an easy way to automatically syndicate.

Additional Details: we are two stand up comics that are beginning a podcast...we would like to post additional content to the site ourselves, i.e. blogs, schedules and post some you tube videos. We shouldn't need any graphics. We will need a way to archive our podcasts. The budget is somewhat flexible.
