We are looking for someone to re program our database. I want to try and give you more information on our business and what functions we are looking for: We are an online Nanny referral agency matching nannies and families together. There is no fee for the nanny to register. The families can register and search the database free of charge and then they pay a subscription fee to view the contact information of the nanny. The subscription fee is either good for 30 or 90 days. After the nanny and family registers we would like the website to send them an automatic email welcoming them to the site. On the nanny side, the nanny must be able to: Create a profile Upload a picture Search families and be able to contact via Email only They must receive an email after days of activation to either re-activate their account or delete it. We do this so that our database is fresh and families do not contact the nanny only to find that she already found a position.
