My web site is almost finished. The programmer did the hard parts, which were the double opt-in e-mail system from SuretyMailings, and the PayPal interface. But the programmer did not do all the small details, and he seems to have lost interest in the site. This is really a problem, because I need to get the site finished soon. I think the remaining elements aren't that demanding. The business is very, very simple: customer uses PayPal to pay a fee to receive e-mail newsletters. Every customer pays exactly the same fee -- no discounts, ?specials?, or other complications. The fee will not change for at least 2 years. Customer receives only e-mails, so no shipping is needed. I really am dedicated to keeping the business simple! The e-mail newsletters come from SuretyMailings. I chose SuretyMailings because they charge a flat fee for unlimited bandwidth
