I just need some modifications made to the site I already have. Maybe a few layout changes, and a couple of other changes as well. Some in HTML and some in PHP that is all I think I need but I must discuss further to see what I really need. I need some new colors for the layout. I need my designer to be fluent in English. I may need a logo. I don't need anything flashy. Site is like yahoo hot jobs or monster, but not as flashy, for job posting. My shopping cart offers plugins that I can get for the site, that do some of the things I want to do.
