I want a site with 6 links - about, artists, contact, links, galleries, and home of course. This will be a small gallery where artists can showcase their work. In the artists galleries, I want to be able to open their work, and when the user scrolls over the images, they enlarge, and if clicked, the enlarge more and open in a new window.
