I am trying to initiate a Web Site based on a Community Forum that has the capability to perform individual user pages, and blogs and personal information such as music and video. I will need to develop 2 websites that work in junction of one another to make a complete Community Forum portal. This will need chat, personal profile, and blog capabilities. There will also be a need for heavy database trafficking that will need to also reflect back to users by paging features to cell phones.
