We will supply layered PSd file. I need to create a single page Flash animation. I will need back the source as well as the swf files. Here is a description: 1. Start out with the black square + tag line on the orange background. 2. The TV set starts to fall into view (Sound would be a falling whistle) 3. It falls to ground and bounces back up into position (sound would be a squeak as it hit the ground) 4. A name begins to be written (sound would be scratching as the name is written out)
