I am a member of a directory that has 50 businesses, all performing white dove releases. We have enjoyed the luxury of having a Webmaster/administrator for the past 7 years who has kept us in the #1 ranking in most all of the search engines. He is gone and we need to replace him. He preformed the necessary tweakering to keep the main directory in that #1 position, and made suggestions to the other member on things that they should have done to their web sites.
