Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx):20+ My Industry: This is how the site will work... The user logs onto the site, and before they can access the database of information they must upload a word document themselves. Then they must give some information about the word document so that we can organize it and so users can locate it easily. They would also create a user name and password so they can log on again. Once they have uploaded their document they have free and unlimited access to the site. The documents would have to be in a PDF format so everyone (not just people with Word) could read the information. I also want users to be able to rate the information and possibly be able to comment on it. This is the basic idea... there is some other stuff, but if you can do what I just said then the other stuff should be a breeze.
