Web Design Project Description: We are a web Development company. Currenlty looking for designer who can do site design for us. Either in html or PSD format is OK. All back end will be done by team of our programmers. We will pay per web site design (Only Home page design needed). Intially we will give one design and if things work out well then other would follow, depending on our internal bandwidth to do designs.
