Web Design Project Description: Web Design company needs a php programmer to build a relatively simple custom program for an association that will allow association members to respond to "calls to action" by logging in, reviewing the submission form, and sending. Upon send, the message shall be emailed to the recipients of the call to action (politicians) as preselected by the association staff in the admin section. Thus the project has two elements - 1) an administration panel where association staff will set up the "calls to action" and 2) a front end whereby members will login to a members area, choose "action center" and utilize the web form (just a simple web form will do, so long as the data is pre-filled from the selections made by the staff) I will do all the design work, I need the php programming/mysql database work only.
