Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (4): My Industry: Real Estate Appraisals. Essentially we run a membership based website for Mortgage Lenders and Real Estate Appraisers. It`s basic thrust is that lenders can PREQUALIFY a loan applicant prior to assigning it to a real estate appraiser. Our designers are having personal issues which are keeping them from properly executing the task of completing our website. it is 85% done or more, but we need someone is visually/graphically proficient and has a good feel for User Interface type issues. Must have PHP, XML and MYSQL skills, plus others.
