Web Design Project Description: i need a fully automated website. i am using phpmydirectory. i need to have a directory like whats up right now but, i need to allow an agent to signup and they add listings. the agent gets paid for each listing. This payment must be done directly through a third party payment gateway. also a charity can signup and their agents get paid via same gateway and the charity gets a monthly payment based on the no. of signups aswell. Normal listings can be made as well and the debit orders will have to be done via same gateway. layout needs to be spused up. vbulletin must be given same layout. i need to add a classifieds as well. fine tuning of email auto responders and layout changers need to be made. very important to me is that if a charity signs up 100 agent and each agent signs up 10 listings then i need to automatically pay the charity a % per month and the agents get paid automatically and then the listing company gets their debit order processed automatically. a payment must be able to be split over variable periods. i also need the filled in debit order application to be faxed to the fax no.provided in the sign-up so that the debit order can be verified by faxback. any change in the login area must change the debit order instruction to payment gateway (netcash.co.za). i have already bought discount and recipricol link and vbulletin modules. vbulletin is already installed. just need to then finish the layout properly. add Featured Listings like in http://www.aussiepages.com.au/ also add sponsorship like http://www.aussiepages.com.au/.
