Web Design Project Description: I want a site that someone can go to and sign up and pay for the training and then receive a certificate for completion. The training will be information pages followed by question and answers about the information read. The client would not be able to go forward until they have passed a timed series of questions. I would like several different tests in case someone does not pass the module and has to try the test again. There will be 15 modules with tests lasting 20 to 60 minutes. A person should be able to go and come from the site as often as necessary to complete the work however, they have to end their sessions between modules. Once the course is complete a notification with score should be emailed to or stored for me to access so I can verify and send to the client. I would prefer this be a software program I can adapt and upload on a site myself as I have several course subjects in mind. The site will be put up once I get the program finished.
