Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx):10 ______ is a direct mail website for real estate investors that allows them to select from a number of predesigned postcards and select their mailing criteria and we will process the information and mail the postcards. The united states postal service (www.usps.gov) has a similar process with much more robust functionality. Also a similar site is www.amazingmail.com. I envision the user process to be: 1. Create an online account 2. Select from a number of predesigned postcards or upload their own postcard. 3. Select postcard criteria (black/white, color, oversize, standard, mailing class) 3. Fill out a form that outlines their investment criteria including (# of postcards, house price range, market area, etc) Also have the option to select from a previously used mailing list. 4. Select mailing date. 5. Process credit card. After order is submitted we would like to receive an email with the mailing information and copy of the postcard. Also would like an admin tool that allows us to see orders submitted with a link to download postcard that was uploaded. Would also like the ability to upload or change postcards to the site in the future. Will need a logo designed. Could potentially need 10 postcards designed as well. Would like a creative site that must be user friendly to guide users through the steps involved in sending a mail out.
