Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx): 5 plus classifieds, forum and approx 20 vendor categories with 20 spots in each category. I have the basic design in Dreamweaver but I need someone to help finish it. I need a forum where members can sign up, a classifieds area with security (captcha), and a self serving advertising area where advertisers can upload a small logo and fill out their info and pay with paypal.
