Web Design Project Description: Electric Power Utility Company Website Template We need someone to build a custom frontpage 2003 capable web template for an electric utility that is a customer of ours and we are doing a website redesign. The design will have a green theme, it will have a 700X100 header at the top of the site. It will need a drop down type menu with 7 main buttons directly below the header. The green color theme of the template needs to match the green in the companys logo. The companys colors are Green, White, Black and some Red. Could have some pics of powerlines, etc built into the template. I need the template ready to drop in content and us be able to edit the drop down style menu. I also have several pics of their workers, at work on the job we could use any of these on the template design.
