Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx):? My Industry:Mystery Shopping I am interested in having a website designed that will support my shoppers in submitting reports. I currently use an Excel format - the shopper fills out the report in Excel and submit it to me as an attachment in an email. I then edit and submit to the company I work with. Each report is scored with an overall percentage and each department receives a score. I need to simplify this process. Looking forward to hearing from you. I will need to be able to edit or change answers to the form. I also want prospective clients to be able to view info about company, and services. Each question on the form is worth so many points, so I would like it to be scored automatically, if possible. The report sent as email to me. The main issues are that people don't know how to use excel or have excel. The form needs to tell people to answer certain questions if they are not filled out.
