Web Design Project Description: I prefer to work with designers located: Local area, in New Jersey, my colleagues preference. MUST be able to meet. Need to upgrade / re-create old website. Already have hosting package in place. I have what appears to be a fully functional site in ASP, but for some reason it does not seem to be working.
