Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx): ?? Unknown My Industry: Hospitality - Convention / Tourism I had already purchased Php My Directory as indicated on ____. I need a GOOD designer/developer to complete the project because the person that we hired FLAKED out on us and brought personal drama to the table. I have a complete list of what we want to have done. This is a resource directory/ membership directory. You need to see my notes before you decide. I have a limited budget for this project, but also have two other member type database websites that need to be designed and developed. We are using government grant money so we have a deadline and we need to "use it or lose it" 1. Can the site maintain a database of contact information? 2. Can people sign up for list serve? 3. Can people opt in and opt out 4. Send birthday, anniversary or special event reminders by email 5. Allow for "on the fly input of data by administrator" 6. Is there a back door, where administrator (me) can make minor changes & additions? 7. Can banners be uploaded by clients and rotated on a calculated basis. (I.e. Every xx times per hour, minute, etc. 8. Expiration date of advertising banners 9. Expiration date of links 10. Input of customer photos for directory website 11. Approved Client access to certain areas 12. Online application and electronic credit card processing to Pay Pal 13. Calendar of events section, which enables people to input information directly on line (a parameter is established as to how long it will be posted. (days, weeks or months) 14. Employment postings - (same as above) - according to various categories 15. A map of the United States, Canada, Mexico so information is linked direct to those particular areas 16. Allow advertisers to advertise in a particular city, state, region or nationally 17. Creation of user comment field 18. Share this information with a friend button and allow for up to 10 email addresses 19. Separate database for new memberships 20. Separate database for prospects 21. Referral Commissions - A system where a member refers someone and if that person joins as a member, the Referring member will receive a commission based upon the membership amount. (paid monthly). The referral would stay live for 180 days and then become inactive and non commissionable if the prospect does not join. 22. Data base must be able to be sorted by city, state, zip, categories 23. Establish an online application form as well as the a being able to download application 24. Once application on line has been completed, an auto reply is generated which will include a unique id number (member number), which will become the key to all other access 25. Member access will be based upon membership period of months, years, or manual input.
