Web Design Project Description: I am looking for web developer to create an affiliate software from scratch or based on initial feeware scripts with general and special features. It should be written in PHP or ASP. Ideally the web developer should live in Chicagoland area ( I live in Buffalo Grove, IL). However, I might consider working with developer outside of Chicago if it is well worth it... Freelancers only. Thank you.
