Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx): 2 I need code written for a site that I am helping develop (we are converting all our course quizzes to online rather than paper). I need the template built so that I can insert the questions. Long and the short of it I need (in php preferably): 1. Login with username and password. Tick the boxes to confirm that you have accept the terms (if not can`t continue). DB in MSAccess. 2. A quiz page with about 40 questions. This page needs to have: i. A timer and time limit. If time expires then the page is submitted as is. ii. It needs the opportunity to be able to save what has been completed so far and login at a later date to continue - but with a maximum of three logins...once exceeded the course is submitted. 3. The username and password needs to be able to be entered by myself and also expires after a preset time (if possible). 4. Once submitted the quiz is emailed through to me with the emailed confirming how many they got right. Some of the questions will not be multiple choice so the answers will be there for manual marking. Other things the email needs to state is how long it took them to complete and the date/time of login. Regards
