Web Design Project Description: 2 templates Free Advertising for businesses i return for them offering a discount or coupon on our site. Our site will be used as a discount card program that will support _______ Lutheran Church, ______Caring Center, The United Methodist Church and various non profits. We have the site built on a PowerSeek SQL with PPC module. We will need the css file and layout. The designer will need to know cgi in order to build the templates. The budget is small because we do not receive any funds through the website, it is simply to support non profits.
