Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx): My Industry: Sports Networking and betting This website is going to have sports starting at the college level going into the professional level. Also including Nascar, Drag Racing of all sorts, Professional Bull Riding, Ultimate Fighting Championship, Boxing, Kickboxing, Grand Turismo, Horse Races, MotoCross, etc. I want it set up so every bet can be seen by every other player. The only way your bet is going to go through the system is if someone else wants to bet with you. You are not going to be betting against the website, you are going to be betting with actual people online just like you will be. So if no one decides to bet with you for what you are going for then that means they know they will lose and they are smart, unless you can get someone in the chat room and talk up a big storm about your team and get them thinking their team might win, just use a little bit of persuasion in the chat rooms to get it all going. Instant messaging for this website will be set up for you to download, and you can make a buddy list and have a personal chat going on while you watch the event you and your friends are betting on while you are both at home. In this website, it is going to be catchy, and have 3D designs, and awesome graphics of sport highlights, and a sports news broadcast going 24/7. It will be set up for when you enter the website there will be small screens all over the page, showing different sports events LIVE. To the right side of the page there will be places for advertising, to the left you will have all of your options, for instance all the sports, stats, rules of betting, chat rooms, instant messaging, portfolios, stats of the members of the website of who is doing the best, and special bonuses going on, and also in the middle of the page there will be the 2/1 odds betting against the website with a max bet of a thousand for the regular folks. The way it works is if you submit a challenge to the website, the website will look at what you are betting on and decide if they would like to accept your bet or not. So the website has the opportunity to decline or accept the challenge from all people. Each week there will be a different sport that is going to be playing on one of the channels at all times, showing highlights from the past and some history about the sport. Every week there will be a vote from the registered members on what sport they would like to see highlights of for them to view. There will also be a message board for the member to write to the host suggesting different things for the website. Special promotions will be available: tickets to concerts, different sporting events, and vacation packages. All of these will be chosen by the Host himself and will do them whenever he feels like it. Betting will be simple. When you bet, you are betting if the team wins or loses, if someone rides a bull or not, if this person or team is going to win a championship. You can bet on races saying who will come in first or second or third and so on. It is just simple minded betting for your average person that wants to meet people and have some fun online. There will be a high rollers section, the minimum to bet in that section will be a thousand dollars up to a hundred thousand dollars. In the regular sections it will be a minimum of five dollars a bet up to a thousand dollars a bet. When depositing money into your account, you will use a debit or credit card to do so and money will be transferred into your playing account. You can have as many bets as you would like, as long as you have money in your account to place the bet. When you place a bet, the money is pulled to the side until the bet is final. All the sporting events will have live broadcasting and bets will not be able to be made when the event starts. If it is a sport with quarters, periods, or innings, you will be able to be on each one of them separately or you can just bet on the whole game. Same as in bull riding, you can bet on each ride, or just who is going to win overall. All information is going to be confidential, no one will be able to hack anyone`s account, and privacy and security settings will be available.
