Web Design Project Description: Number of pages (approx): 4-6 My Industry: Real Estate - Property Management Our site is very 1995. We want it to look more young and hip, as our clients are mostly college aged. The site needs to be either redesigned, or made from scratch. If redesigned we will be adding a few pages to what we currently have. We would like some flash elements, but nothing long loading. Our current site does not accept high resolution photos, but has a content management system. If site can't be salvaged we will need a new cms.
