Web Design Project Description: I prefer to work with designers located: Locally My Industry:Telephone call center/ Translator We are currently developing an IVR that will route phone client calls to interpreters located in their homes across the United States. The phone system will automatically track the date, start and end time of each call as well as the customer number. In addition to this information, our interpreters will be expected to enter in information given to them by our clients. This information can include the person calling, department name or number, and the name of the patient etc. The type of information required for each particular client will be unique and require a form which prompts the interpreter for the appropriate data. Our current system uses MS SQL Server and IIS 6.0. The data would best be set up to be entered live as the calls happen but we can also work with a database that has a delayed input. A reporting system would also need to be created in order to pull the data out and import it to an Access database or Excel spreadsheet. We would prefer it written in ASP so that it can be maintained in house.
