Web Design Project Description: We need a website to showcase artist for a `best rapper" contest. We will need a page where entrants can create username and password, register, upload and pay fee through paypal. Entrants will be allowed to upload 3 pics and 1 music track (max. 15mb) We will need page(s) that shows 1 pic of all registered contestants that can be clicked on to see 2 other pics and listen to their music track and vote. Voting needs to be limited to once/day/computer. Other than the members area generated pages there will be about 5 pages.
